There are no IPS packages there. (Technically, there are no packages there,
since on an SXCE nv_99 DVD it would be Solaris_11/Product and an OpenSolaris DVD
has no Product directory at all.)

Neither luupgrade or the SXCE upgrade can upgrade a system using IPS
