Try using "root" as the account instead of 'Administrator'
on my system when I try to create a Administrator account:
bash-3.00# useradd Administrator
UX: useradd: Administrator name too long.
bash-3.00#
So if the GUI or text ttinstall is passing this to useradd behind the scenes,
this should be a RFE
