I just installed open solaris 10 free community edition. I'm working my way
through updates and I also downloaded the companion software dvd- how do I find
out what is on the companion DVD? It all shows up as folders on the DVD with
out descriptions.
I'm trying to set up my wireless card( bcm4306)- I had used fw cutter and
native drivers in Linux open suse, is there something similar in solaris?
Is there any way of installing software packages or only with a terminal window.
