Awesome...This worked thanks for the info. I am able to boot the live cd but I wanted to check on one more thing before I do the install. I have had problems with the wireless network with this computer and I wanted to check if someone could confirm if my card will work. I checked the hardware compatibility list but didn't see it.
It is: "Broadcom Corporation BCM4311 802.11b/g WLAN" The Device Driver Utility is telling me it is Missing:[third-party] and since I am running on the live cd I am fairly certain that installing the driver for testing will not work.
