Hello all,

I'm not sure which list to post this issue on (sorry in advance for that)
but here it goes.

I have a situation with OpenSolaris 2008.11 fresh install on a Supermicro
Server with an Adaptec 51645 SAS raid controller. The OS seemed to install
with no problems, once the OS is up and an 'init 6' command issue the
subsequent boot fails. However, when the server reset button is pressed the
OS boots successfully again. This is consistently reproducable.

booting in text mode with -v option show the following (few) lines (I'm
typing the following by hand, so if more info is needed let me know)

<SNIP>
PCIE-device: pci9005,2b7 at 0, aac1
aac1 is   ....   <(DVD-ROM) info>
PCI Express-device: ide at 0, ata0
ata0 is /pci at 0,0/pci-ide at 1f,1/ide at 0

(ctrl-alt-delete does nothing)

Thoughts?

-Dave
