Two things, can you run /usr/X11/bin/scanpci ?
Also on related on a display ? messages file, can you upload your 
/var/log/Xorg.0.log ?
and check and see if there is a newer BIOS. Your current is dated from 2004 
i.e: System Configuration: FUJITSU SIEMENS LIFEBOOK S6120 , BIOS Configuration: 
Phoenix/FUJITSU Version 1.26  05/10/2004 ?
