You guys should probably give some of the source code for the JavaFX implementation to the FreeBSD, OpenBSD and NetBSD community so that they can do their own client version of it.
Adobe Flash is already the big dominant thing out there in the market place (youtube.com uses flash and everybody watches videos there, therefore everybody already has flash). The only way JavaFX can compete with Flash is if JavaFX focuses on attacking Flash's weaknesses... And Flash's biggest weakness is it's poor *BSD support, so joining forces with the BSD community would be the best way to put JavaFX in a favorable position vis-a-vis Adobe Flash. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
