[osol-help] pkg - Package Manager don't work ( I can't download any package)

Hi;

I'm a newbie.
    
After installing OpenSolaris 2009.06 everything worked well except the Ethernet 
network card (attansic), I installed the drivers from 
http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/eng/     and everything worked well: I 
have network/internet but I can't download any package: neither console nor 
Package Manager,     
I always get Timeout error.

Someone has any idea why pkg doesn't work?
