Hah! Nice! Yes, I know that I am on the bleeding edge here, but the whole point of running opensolaris is to learn some UNIX and have some fun. I have a MacBook Pro so if my opensolaris system gets destroyed by some bad update, its no big deal to reinstall.
So I should avoid updates altogether? Or just the GUI Package Manager? What about using the terminal? pfexec pkg refresh? This message posted from opensolaris.org
