[osol-help] Booting 2008.5 live CD causes infinate warning for kernel memory usage

Trying to boot the live cd 2008.5 causes the following warning:

Warning: Request for too much Kernel memory (1380999168 bytes) will hang 
forever.

HW is a HP XW8200 workstation details on request
