[osol-help] Adding the Blastwave Repository

Hello, i have a question on how to add a package repository in OpenSolaris: I 
tried to add the Blastwave Repository by "pfexec pkg set-authority 
http://blastwave.network.com:10000 Blastwave".
But "pfexec pkg refresh" tells me "http://blastwave.network.com:10000 
Connection refused". How can I get that right?
