I do have to disagree with you though. Knowing Sun's intentions are to make
OpenSolaris as common place and/or usable as Linux, they do need to improve on
their updating process. I've been running some form of Linux on various
computers (desktops, laptop, server) at home for well over a year now. I've
never had an issue where an update completely broken any of them. I have had to
recover from minor localized code problems but nothing as broken as this one.
