I currently have a test server running Nexenta and a large Zpool over raidz1 arrays. I want to change the system to the latest SXCE build. The Nexenta install is on a seperate physical disk to the zpool and is a traditional and seperate file system. I wish to maintain the Zpool as is and simply access it from a new SXCE install.
Am I simply able to physically remove the Nexenta disk and replace it with a different physical disk and install the new build and have the zpool automatically recognised? Is there anything I am missing here guys? It just seems too simple.... This message posted from opensolaris.org
