Is it possible to install VBox into Windows XP on one HDD and run OpenSolaris from VBox on a different HDD rather than a partition on the Windows Disk.
Or,alternatively would it be more logical to install VBox onto the second HDD during the Windows Installer procedure, selecting the second disk as the install location. All SATAII HDD's. I'm a newbie but Vista looms and I really can't get along with it - just far too much clutter. ASRock AM2 FN6G-VSTA motherboard w/AMD Athlon 64x2 4600+ CPU, 2Gb RAM (up to 8Gb) home-built.
