[osol-help] Could not retrieve GNU Emacs via CVS

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.savannah.gnu.org:/sources/emacs co emacs
block on the line below and never resume :( 
emacs/test/README

I can not understand this behavior. Any hints?
