Thanks for the response, but I'm still confused. I really want the most stable version rather than the current version. The link http://www.opensolaris.org/os/downloads/ points to the current (latest) version which is not always stable.
I was looking for snv_70b. I think there was an snv_70 and an snv_70b. I heard there might also be an snv_70c. The b and c versions were to stablize snv_70. I think the link you gave me, http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/b70/, was for snv_70. The b in the link (b70) represents build rather than version b. So I am still looking for snv_70b DVD bits and ON consolidate source. Yes, I am looking for the ON consolidation and not all SXDE. I use the closed bins, etc. Thanks for pointing me to website-discuss. I will post my suggestions there. Mostly my concern is how to access versions older than the current version.
