Not without more information.

The default location for the logs are:
/var/log/syslog
/var/adm/messages

But, look in /etc/syslog.conf and /etc/logadm.conf to see where all logging 
occurs.

I would also look at the output from fmstat to see if there are faults that 
were picked up when the reboot occurred.

I would think that tar or cpio would do the trick.  The tar man page usually 
has an example of how to do this.
