Hi

I've been using live upgrade on a system which had it's last fresh install with
SXDE 2 (= SXCE 87 I think).

I'm now on SXCE 107, and things aren't looking too rosy.

1. Since SXCE 105, it looks like lofi has been broken. When I upgraded
105->105, I lofi mounted the iso image, but I couldn't execute anything or run
the live upgrade, e.g.

ll liveupgrade20
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 457 Jan 5 11:57 liveupgrade20

file liveupgrade20
liveupgrade20: cannot read: No such device or address

If I burn the iso and mount the disc, then I get
file liveupgrade20
liveupgrade20: executable /bin/ksh script

2. Page Up no longer works in xterms :-( All I get now is a beep and a ~. This
is a "feature" that I've always associated with Linux. I don't think that
reinstalling will help with this. :-( again.

3. [Since forever]. On every live upgrade, either or both the PC clock gets
changed or /etc/rtc_config gets the zone_lag set to the value for my zone_info
(Europe/Paris). I want to keep my RTC at GMT.

4. In SXCE 107, my keyboard setting has reverted to US from UK.

5. In SXCE 107, on boot I got a load of crypto errors, and sshd wouldn't start.
From /var/svc/log/network-ssh:default.log

[ Feb 6 08:46:11 Executing start method ("/lib/svc/method/sshd start"). ]
ld.so.1: sshd: fatal: libcrypto.so.0.9.8: open failed: No such file or directory
ld.so.1: sshd: fatal: relocation error: file /usr/lib/ssh/sshd: symbol SSLeay:
referenced symbol not found
Killed
[ Feb 6 08:46:12 Method "start" exited with status 137. ]

6. In SXCE 107, the Trash icon in the GNOME panel has turned into a red x
(missing icon?).

A+
Paul
