I think that I've taken these steps (run xorgconfig to generate a
/etc/X11/xorg.conf, though I notice in the login screen some of the more
peculiar keys don't work. A good thing that my password isn't ??money??
or something like that (thse are UK pounds, should they not get through).

I can't see any errors, though it says /lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8 was
renamed as /lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8~11. If I rename it back, then the
ssh service can start.
