Did you add this to the /etc/services file

# svcs -a |grep vnc
maintenance    20:56:11 svc:/application/x11/xvnc-inetd:default
echo "vnc-server      5900/tcp                        # VNC Server" >> 
/etc/services
# svcadm clear svc:/application/x11/xvnc-inetd
# svcs -a |grep vnc
online         21:04:00 svc:/application/x11/xvnc-inetd:default
