When you do a ifconfig -a do you see a device listed as wpi0? That is what open solaris stores its wireless devices as. If you have multiple wireless cards in your system you should be able to see wpi0 wpi1, ect.
If your not seeing that then check to see if the device is in your dev folder. You can do this by opening a terminal and performing a cd /dev/ if you do not see a wpi0 in the folder solaris probably doesnt recognise your device. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
