Submit a bugid/RFE at http://www.opensolaris.org/bug/report.jspa also include 
output of:
uname -a ; prtdiag -v ; /usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v ; prtconf -Dpv ; 
/var/adm/messages ; nvidia-SunOS-bug-report.sh 
that will nvidia-SunOS-bug-report.log file 
and the steps to install and recreate the wine.
and select the Regression for Solaris 10 button.
