you don't need to specify the disk 2 times. just try this to replace a faulty one. zpool replace <pool name> <disk>
regards to pool not avilable. try zpool import -D and see the status of pool. once it's online you can replace disk like above or bring them online. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
