[osol-help] How allow user shutdown computer?

I have a user who does not have right to turn off the OpenSolaris 2009.06 b125 
computer. How can I allow her to be able to shutdown the computer? Ive looked 
at "users" and try to give her a role which allows her to shutdown, but can not 
find a role. I do not want to give her root access.
