Agreed. So now the question turns to why asy can't seem to figure out what the irq for the serial port (standard 0x3f8). I'm trying to peruse the code, but it looks like there's alot to go through.
Any suggestions? Could I somehow force the right irq with a .conf setting? The hardware in question is a off the shelf supermicro box running an AMI bios, if any of that matters. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
