[osol-help] When system crashes, how to get log / crash info for troubleshooting

you know what..from message file it seems like it's clean reboot. so there 
won't be any crash dumps. you'll get crash dumps only when kernel panics( last 
reboot). if you want to test whether it's crash dumping or not by using reboot 
-d command. this would reboot your system and during boot it dumps there kernel 
in that dir you specified.
