As you have implied, it is really not recommended to mix and match different builds and so if you really need to have Languages CD contents (i.e., translated messages to the forementioned languages), then going back to the build 19 entirely would be desireable. Furthermore, Solaris installation program *might* check the CD build number and say it cannot install the packages from build 19 Languages CD even though I have not tried that way and so do not exactly know.
Having said that though, usually localization packages do not change much until some milestone builds such as Beta and Final Customer Shipment (FCS) builds and it will be okay to install the localization packages from the build 19 Languages CD into a build 20 system. (The localization packages in the Languages CD also are not vital to the overall system operation and can be removed if necessary by using pkgrm(1M).) You might though have to manually install or uninstall by using pkgadd(1M) & pkgrm(1M) by the way with the localization packages at the Languages CD... That's correct Companion CD and such are down loaded from some place else. They are also optional. For the companion CD contents, please go to Solaris 10 download page. The table will show you a row with "Solaris 10 Companion CD, Multi-language" with image name of "sol-10-ccd-GA-x86-iso.zip" where you can download the iso image file. They will work fine with the Solaris Express. I forgot the other one but I *think* it is "WebStart" or "ExtraValue" components that I don't usually add to my systems and sorry, I have no information on the whereabouts on them. I'll though try to get back to you later once I ascertain the info.
