I thank you all for your answers. I am starting to figure out something more, now.
However it is still unclear why, after the fdisk thing with the unallocated space, I cannot add slices to the new fdsik partition I just created and then create a file system on that partition, whitout unmounting the slices on the other Solaris Fdisk partition (the active one), which I have serious difficulties in unmounting...
