Hmm, in fact I don't really need the environment to be localized in Russian. I 
feel myself pretty comfortable with English items in the menu. I only need to 
be able to switch input language from English to Russian in text editors and of 
course, I want ot see all files on my drives :-)
It is really odd that you can copy a Russian file to a USB drive while I 
cannot. Which version of Solaris do you have? Which locale did you select when 
installing the OS?
