Yes, I have Installed WinXp on top of Solaris xVM on both the Build 66 prerelese of xVM and now usnig Build 76.
The Virtual Windows XP machine works as usual under Xen but does not have good disk or I/O performance. You really need som paravirtualised disk drivers for it to be a production solution. It works today but just as a demo environment. Also you need a CPU with the new virtualising instructions . like a rev F.
