Lots of things could be wrong.
Solaris Native LDAP assumes that the user/passwd info is in the "people"
container on the LDAP server.
I dont see a Proxy user setup for the LDAP client to authenticate to the
server.
Did you study the /usr/lib/ldap/idsconfig script for preparing a
JAva Enterprise LDAP server for Solaris Native LDAP ?
Have you created the structures that Solaris Native LDAP needs in
your OPENLDAP server ?
