Very easy. Read http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=175401 (I was even 'scolded' for mentioning it). It will overwrite your MBR, but your whatever Live-CD brings it back. I much prefer SuperGrub, though. Just keep in mind (and don't panic) that after install Linux seems gone, and it boots straight into OpenSolaris. Use that Supergrub to 'find' and 'setup' your Linux. Then add Solaris as chainload in the /boot/grub/menu.lst of your Linux.
