This is so ridiculous that an OS can boot into non “panic/hanged” state and be
entirely unusable after a fresh install.
I would understand if it failed during the install, but the install works
perfect. I reinstalled it (default settings) same thing.
I really wanted to change my FBSD desktop to opensolaris, but hey I guess never
underestimate the sticker “Designed for Windows XP”
