Hi Jean-François, brilliant, thanks for your analysis! It is indeed the pci reprogramming that's causing the hang. With the pci-reprog=off option, the system comes up fine!
Do you know what the reprogramming does? Can the system be operated safely (and without performance impact) when pci-reprogramming is turned of? Or is it better to find the actual cause of the hang?
