By default, ZFS will use up to 1/2 of your 1GB memory for caching, to
improve performance.  It gives it up as other processes need it, but if
you don't like this behavior, you can put a smaller cap on the ZFS "ARC" 
cache size via:

Are you seeing any failures or problems, or is it just alarming to see your
RAM being used close to capacity?
