Hi,

Try rebooting once more in snv_101 and then again snv_99. It's to do with the
new hostid format storage AFAIU.

I did the same upgrade a few days ago (actually on the day snv_101 came out).
My procedure is slightly different:

# mount -o ro -F hsfs {path2snv101.iso} /mnt/snv_101
##### (mount does the lofi behind the scenes now)
# pkgrm SUNWluzone SUNWluu SUNWlur SUNWlucfg
# cd /mnt/snv_101/Solaris_11/Product
# pkgadd -d . SUNWluzone SUNWluu SUNWlur SUNWlucfg
# lucreate -n snv_101 -p rpool
# time luupgrade -u -s /mnt/snv_101 -n snv_101
# luactivate snv_101

The only problem I had was that a comstar iSCSI target was shown as "hidden"
afterwards, so I just recreated it and now it is fine. Everything else seems to
be working as expected; I thought I might have problems with the AD
configuration of the smb CIFS server setup, but everything stayed as before.

I haven't tried booting to older environment since; I have

# lustatus
Boot Environment Is Active Active Can Copy
Name Complete Now On Reboot Delete Status
-------------------------- -------- ------ --------- ------ ----------
snv_97 yes no no yes -
snv_99 yes no no yes -
snv_101 yes yes yes no -

(the older have been deleted).
