OpenSolaris doesn't include Live Upgrade, since Live Upgrade only works with OS'es installed using SVR4 packages. The OpenSolaris equivalents for the IPS packaging system are "beadm" for boot environment management, and "pkg image-update" to upgrade a boot environment to a new release.
