Actually, based on descriptions in your other posts, you have not even reached 
the stage where OpenSolaris can be chainloaded.  It is quite apparent that it 
is Ubuntu 9.10 (GRUB2) that got scre*ed up somewhere.

If everything else fails, you can try to install OpenSolaris onto a USB hard 
disk, and then boot from your USB hard disk.  A USB stick also will do, but you 
probably will need at least 4GB.  You will need more if you plan to do 
image-update to build_130.
