I'm not offering anything to help with your problem, but I've got this comment: a 64G log device is a waste. By default, no more than half of your system ram can be used for log device, so if you've got 32G ram, nothing more than 16G log is useful. I'm also not sure it makes sense to put a log and a cache on the same device.
