I just searched the mailing list and couldn't find where you said your certificate is valid. Anyway, try doing a "pkg refresh --full", sometimes that clears up pkgmanager. Also I belive I had a similar problem in the past and I had to remove the publisher then re-add them again to clear up the problem.
