Hey, Thanks for your reply. I used the wrong word below, what I am trying to do is export a filesystem.
So I have a number of external disks that are carved up into a FS on solaris, I write data from Oracle to these disks, now what I want to is take the FS, mount this on a 2nd host and verify the data from the other host. So I think what I need is do run something like metaset –s <disk_set> -r??? But I don't know if this exports the details into a file that I can ftp onto the other host.
