Another way to reproduce the panic on build 140 (or newer) is:
# zfs create rpool/test
# mkfifo /rpool/test/fifo
# zfs snapshot rpool/<email address omitted>
# ls -l /rpool/test/.zfs/snapshot/snap/
{kernel panic}
