Here's what you should do:

Assume that both disks are bad, meaning they're both experiencing
progressive block degradation.  If you're lucky, the checksum errors on
c0t0d0 don't coincide with any checksum errors on c9t0d0, so if you're
lucky, you might be able to get all your data off that mirror without any
corruption or data loss.

Both sides of your mirror are experiencing degradation.

Add another disk to your mirror, and hope that it will resilver
successfully.  If you're lucky, the 3rd disk will be able to resilver using
a mixture of non-corrupt blocks from each side of these other 2 disks.  If
you're successful with that, then replace these 2 disks.
