[osol-help] sendmail,postfix

I have to instal Server Software - mail(sendmail,postfix), but I don't know how 
to start. It is crucial because in the next step I have to set aliases and 
instal discussion list (for example: majordomo). Any suggestions? I am really 
blind in this system and I don't know how to move in this  ... any "maps" for 
me?
