Firstly please install the Boomer framework at:
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/opensound/files/boomer-rc3-2009-04-15.tar.gz

1. untar the files
2. run "./installer"
3. reboot
(It requires your system updated to svn_110 or newer)
then please try the attached driver as follows:
The steps to try the driver:
1. cp obj32/audiohd /kernel/drv/
cp obj64/auduiohd /kernel/drv/amd64/
2. do the following steps in console mode (not in gnome):
2.1 rem_drv audiohd
2.2 add_drv -i '"pciclass,0403"' audiohd
3. reboot system after overriding audiohd binary in step 2.
