Just some thoughts in passing................ Precedent has been set in cases that clickwrap agreements take precedence and supercede any conflicting statements in shrinkwrap agreements.
Although it has not been stated, it is logical that Linden Labs will make the TPV pop up as a clickwrap agreement starting on the 30th and you will have to click through and accept before it will allow you to access the grid. Same as has been done in the past with changes to the TOS. BUT if devs used Inno Setup for example, to make the GPL popup as a clickwrap agreement itself before the program could be installed then if there are any conflicts, you would have a "battle of documents" where both would have equal legal weight.
