No they didn't. They will be downloaded automatically when you follow
these steps:
${SVN_CHECKOUT_DIR}/scripts/public_fetch_tarballs.py
cd ${SVN_CHECKOUT_DIR}/indra/
cmake .
cd ./viewer-linux-i686-relwithdebinfo
make
