Could be related to an existing pjira which is why I asked. However it is restricted to code after the LL production release candidate. I observe this in the latest Kirstens and the beta viewer. Deleting cache and refreshing in the production viewer produces the expected inventory count. Therefore it "appears" to be related to the newer code base only.
However I do know asset data is "vanishing". I have a ticket open and never looked at in respect to a humble shoe texture I created and uploaded to SL that has vanished from the asset system. Easily replacable yes but highly annoying to know data seemingly vanishes into thin air that way. However the inventory record for that texture remains intact. When previewed or rezzed the texture just stays gray. No matter who tries to view it. That is an asset issue not an inventory issue. ________________________________ From: Ellla McMahon <elllamcma...@googlemail.com> To: Ann Otoole <missannoto...@yahoo.com> Cc: opensource-dev@lists.secondlife.com Sent: Tue, October 5, 2010 3:41:06 PM Subject: Re: [opensource-dev] Latest LL viewer beta has inventory count issues?
