Moved removeObserver() out of the "if(getAvatarId().notNull()) { }" block since
"getAvatarId()" can return the NULL UUID (i.e. if the panel hasn't been
opened), matching the addObserver() without condition in postBuild.
This addresses bug VWR-24209.
