Quick note to let everyone know that the next turn of the HTTP project
code is now available in source and project viewer form. HTTP Project

This is still a project viewer and so additional changes may be expected
before final release. Major changes from 3.4.3 include:
* indra/llcorehttp - policy classes implemented, configuration API
simplified, reduced idle time on wire between requests,
documentation/how-to guide.
* indra/newview/llmeshrepository - conversion to new HTTP using fewer
connections, thread safety improvements, error handling
improvements, request retry improvements.
* 3p-curl - switched from c-ares to threaded DNS resolver and using
version 7.24.0.
